The Control Centers department is seeking a Control Center Operations Support Technician. **What you will do:** * Manage and supervise EDP Networks Spain's network using SCADA and ADMS systems, under the supervision of the shift service manager, * Act as liaison with REE's Control Center (\*VIESGO) and with other distribution companies or customers, * Submit network intervention requests according to company procedures and regulations; manage incidents on the Distribution Network and coordinate with Operations for isolation of affected areas and resolution when necessary; as well as manage incidents to support Quality, * Monitor the network status by visualizing it in the system, detecting incidents and alarms, operating the network remotely, communicating with field operators, and reporting failures to response teams, * Submit network intervention requests following established procedures, formats, rules, and documents, * Coordinate assessments regarding processing and/or execution of scheduled network interventions, * Manage incidents on EDP Networks Spain's network and coordinate with Operations for isolation of affected areas and their resolution if needed. Manage incidents to support Quality, * Coordinate with the Telephone Fault Assistance Center on alerts relevant to operations, * Coordinate and support incident resolution on the distribution network to improve information transmission and coordination with OMC, * Collaborate with other company departments (Planning, Maintenance, Operations, Telecontrol, etc.) on studies, developments, tests, etc., to achieve improvement and innovation goals.
