Reporting to the Construction Manager and functionally to the Quality Department Manager of EAG. The candidate will have authority to access work areas, identify quality issues, and initiate and provide necessary corrective actions, being responsible for the following functions, among others:

**Your Role:**
An Information Systems \& Technology Controller will be part of technology teams delivering a variety of interesting projects and initiatives in a manufacturing plant. New technology challenges and opportunities coming thick and fast from a wide range of business areas. Working with us will provide insight and exposure to various professional avenues whilst interacting with different cultures. **What You'll Do****:**
* Coordinating a team of IS specialists and partner suppliers, delivering and supporting critical and highly available application services to the entire manufacturing plant.
* Technology Delivery Management \- Ensuring quality, cost and time constraints always remain a priority, whether using agile or waterfall techniques
* A strong interest in technology and its architecture is needed to apply robust quality assurance to deliverables \& to identify and exploit new technology opportunities
* Analysis \& Requirements Gathering \- engaging business counterparts to identify problems and opportunities that can be solved with our technology solutions
* Collaboration with colleagues across our technology teams, covering software engineering, infrastructure, information security and enterprise integration

**What we're looking for:**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
* At least 7 years of experience in similar role within a technical environment.
* Must have or expect to achieve a 2\.1 in an IT, computing or technology related discipline.
* Strong technical foundation with hands\-on experience \- not just project management.
* Demonstrable passion for technology, innovation and learning.
* An understanding of the latest systems delivery methods including development tools, infrastructure, techniques, frameworks and approaches.
* An understanding of project management techniques
* Pragmatic problem solving approach, with the ability to make decisions and take measured risks quickly.
* Strong communication skills enabling the ability to work in a cross functional and diverse environment
* Strong analytical skills and data\-driven thinking.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities with the combined ability to handle high pressure situations.

**HANS FACTORY** is a BBVA Spain project aiming to revolutionize the Bank's acquiring products, currently under construction. Operations is the area responsible for ensuring that we correctly define all business processes of the company so they operate efficiently and deliver excellent service to our customers. Once defined, it ensures their proper execution by monitoring automated processes, carrying out non-automated operational tasks, and coordinating activities with suppliers involved in our processes. Customer Support is one of these processes, although the first levels of support are largely outsourced to third parties.
The **CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST** role will manage the Customer Support Model processes, monitoring service levels and ensuring compliance with defined standards. You will face the challenge of working in multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions aimed at making HANS FACTORY stand out for its service quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for deploying training and development actions for service representatives, ensuring consistent and standardized service across every channel.
You will analyze customer inquiries, incidents, and requests, proposing mitigation actions through a continuous improvement cycle on the support model.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise the correct execution of tasks by third parties handling the first level of customer support.
* Identify, process, and communicate customer feedback to Product teams, captured through Customer Experience and transactional analysis.
* Identify and design initiatives to reduce contact rates, improve user experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support their implementation and impact monitoring.
* Support identifying needs for developing tools to manage customer inquiries about our services, as well as creating new workflows for new product launches.
* Implement necessary tools enabling external customer support representatives to analyze user transactional data and manage issues effectively.
* Customer Support: personally handle (via email, phone, or other channels) customer issues unresolved at the outsourced first levels of support.
* Track and resolve customer incidents, updating customers on their status and coordinating resolution actions with relevant departments (Operations, Engineering, etc.).
* Serve as the "voice of the customer" within HANS: measuring satisfaction levels, updating FAQs, support manuals, and help documentation.
* Support the definition and continuous improvement of customer support processes, collaborating with the rest of the Operations team and involved third parties.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
**Knowledge and Skills**
* Entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary mindset. We are a small company in rapid growth, with an ambitious project and an extensive product roadmap, so currently areas within HANS overlap (though they will become more clearly defined as the project evolves).
* Experience in customer service and/or supervision of customer service units.
* Proficiency with data analysis tools (Data Studio, MicroStrategy, Power BI).
* Desirable knowledge in managing and/or implementing digital support channels.
* Excellent customer interaction and service skills, especially with Commercial Banking segments (freelancers and SMEs).
* Ideally, knowledge of acquiring products and services, both physical and online.
* Comfortable working with customer service processes and tools.
* Accustomed to working with strict deadlines and meeting SLAs.
* Solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive individual.
