The positions are distributed as follows: 2 positions in Ciudad Real and 4 positions in Badajoz. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ciudad Real * Badajoz **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Conducting field visits to verify volume control systems installed in surface water abstractions within the western area of the Guadiana River Basin District. * Conducting field visits to inventory water abstraction points for supply purposes across the Guadiana River Basin District (eastern and western zones). * Preparing technical reports arising from verification visits to water abstractions. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MECES Level 2) (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice related to the degree specified in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the degree, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; additionally, no prior training contract linked to the same degree exceeding 6 months may have been formalized) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (QGIS) (to be verified during the technical interview) * Knowledge of water legislation (Water Act or Regulation on the Public Hydraulic Domain) (to be verified during the technical interview) * Accredited training in water-related topics (course or subject) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months’ duration, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable.
