Additionally, you must **prepare management and profitability reports** per cost center, product, or operating unit, contributing to leadership decision-making. You will also participate in preparing the annual budget and its periodic review, ensuring alignment with operational reality. Your duties include coordinating with other departments to align criteria for **cost allocation**, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in operational processes. **What will make you succeed in this role?** We seek a professional holding a **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Accounting**, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Management Control, Finance, etc., is considered an advantage. Additionally, **3–5 years of experience in management control and financial analysis functions**, preferably in the industrial or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is required. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, ERP systems with analytical accounting modules, and modeling or planning software is valued.
