




DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Wind Quality Manager to join our team in Finland. This position will run from week 10 to week 31 of 2026. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in quality management within the wind energy sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and ensure quality across all phases of wind projects, from installation through commissioning. * Develop and implement quality control plans and standard operating procedures. * Conduct regular on-site quality inspections and audits. * Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Manage quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance records, and improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with local and international quality and safety regulations. * Train and guide personnel on quality procedures. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of Eosol Group’s quality processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or similar role in the wind energy industry. * In-depth knowledge of quality standards applicable to the wind industry (e.g., IEC, ISO, etc.). * Proven ability to develop and implement quality management systems. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making capability. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with technical and management teams. * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. * Availability to work in Finland for the specified period. **Required Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of wind industry quality regulations and standards. * Experience conducting quality audits. * Data analysis capability. * Non-conformance management. * Planning and execution of inspections. * Familiarity with project management tools. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in office software (MS Office). * Ability to draft technical reports. * Quality risk management. **Preferred Skills:** * Prior experience in international wind projects. * Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. * Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor). * Experience in contract and supplier management. * Familiarity with specialized quality management software.
