JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Facilities Design Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to design, calculate, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems in building construction and renovation projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and technical and economic feasibility. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who ensures execution quality in accordance with company standards. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** * Design, calculate, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems (lighting, power supply, telecommunications, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, security, AV) in building construction and renovation projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and technical and economic feasibility. * Ensure execution quality in accordance with company standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Design: * Development of electrical and mechanical installation schematics and drawings across all project phases (conceptual, detailed, and construction). * Calculation of electrical installations, lighting, power supply, telecommunications, and special installations (security, AV, etc.). * Calculation of HVAC, ventilation, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitation networks. * Equipment selection and quantity take-offs.
