Job Description The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for coordinating the department’s junior technical team, fostering their training, development, and proper integration into the company’s projects. Additionally, they will provide technical and organizational support to various projects and departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of tasks related to the commissioning of water treatment facilities. Candidate Requirements Academic Qualifications * University degree in Industrial, Chemical, Civil Engineering or related fields Professional Experience * Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering and/or construction companies in the water sector. * Proven experience in commissioning water treatment plants (wastewater, potable water, and desalination plants). * Prior experience coordinating technical teams and preparing technical documentation. Knowledge and Competencies * Solid understanding of water treatment processes and associated control systems. * Ability to plan and coordinate technical teams. * Skills in drafting and managing technical documentation. * Advanced English proficiency (other languages are an asset). * Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. * Leadership and team management. * Organizational and planning capabilities. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. * Commitment to training and talent development. * Adaptability to multicultural and international environments. * Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
