Our offices are located in **Santander.** **What Are Your Main Objectives as a Technical Labor Support Agent?** You will be responsible for delivering customer support services in the labor domain. As a Technical Support Agent, you will: * **Customer Support**: This role involves effectively communicating with users to understand and resolve their issues or questions related to labor management software. * **Resolution of Advisors’ Queries**: You are expected to assist labor advisors with specific inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance within the labor domain. * **Incident and Error Reporting**: Accurately documenting and reporting issues is essential to improve labor management software. This requires an observant and analytical mindset. * Interpretation and Implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreements: A solid understanding of labor legislation is required to correctly implement collective agreements into the management software. * **Payroll Preparation Support**: Assistance in creating payrolls using the company’s software, requiring knowledge of labor legislation. * **Labor Procedure Management**: Facilitating and guiding users in utilizing the tool for managing various labor-related processes. **About You** -------------------- * **University degree** in Labor Relations or a closely related field is essential to grasp the technical and legal aspects of the role; alternatively, vocational training (FP) in Administration and Finance. * **Payroll Processing**: Experience in preparing payrolls is crucial, as it is one of the core responsibilities. * **Advisory Experience**: Prior work experience in labor advisory services or similar roles provides the necessary practical expertise. * **Customer Support**: Previous experience in customer support is fundamental, as interacting with users forms a constant part of the job. *Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
