General administrative and coordination support **Administrative Assistant with Commercial Profile – Donostia/San Sebastian Office** **Home Care Company** is seeking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** with a commercial orientation for our office located in Donostia. **Main Responsibilities** * Telephone and in-person assistance to users and families. * Updating and maintaining databases. * Digital and physical document management. * Processing and handling Social Security procedures. * Customer follow-up and resolution of service-related incidents. * General administrative and coordination support. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills, organization, and proactivity. * Commercial profile, with ability to assist and acquire customers. * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Prior experience in the socio-healthcare sector and/or customer service is desirable. **We Offer** * **Permanent contract.** * **Full-time position with split working hours**: * Monday to Friday, from **9:00 to 13:30** and from **15:30 to 18:30**. * Immediate start. * **Salary: €22,000 gross per year.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: €22,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events Work location: On-site employment
