We are seeking a **part-time bricklayer (multiskilled technician)** for renovation, maintenance, and installation work. A proactive, responsible, courteous individual with experience in various construction trades, capable of handling diverse tasks. Main Responsibilities: * General **masonry work: kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, cladding.** * **Plasterboard (drywall)** * **Painting** * Land clearing on properties. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry is a valuable differentiating asset. Proven experience in renovations or maintenance. Proficiency in multiple trades. Perfectionism and cleanliness in work execution are essential. A **responsible, proactive, organized, honest, committed, courteous, and friendly individual** toward clients and colleagues. Ability to work autonomously. Responsible.
