We are expanding our Transport and Infrastructure team \| WSP in Santander, Madrid or Seville, within the Water \| WSP area, and we are looking to hire a **Hydraulic Engineering Specialist** who is motivated to develop in innovative hydraulic and drainage projects. **What will you do with us?** You will participate in real projects from day one, leading BIM management for hydraulic infrastructures such as drainage, sanitation, water supply, irrigation or wastewater treatment plants. You will coordinate the various disciplines involved, ensuring technical consistency between models and teams. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project BIM documentation (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, M RACI…), as well as managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) and collaborative BIM platforms. You will perform quality controls, manage interferences, and actively contribute to the implementation and evolution of BIM methodology within the company, working closely with the WSP Spain BIM Team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team developing innovative, sustainable and high-impact technical solutions for urban and industrial environments. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a professional with a degree in **Engineering, Architecture or equivalent**, with at least 5 years of experience in water supply, sanitation and/or drainage projects, and a minimum of 3 years applying BIM methodology. Advanced proficiency in Civil3D, Infraworks and Navisworks is required, along with solid knowledge of CDE tools, particularly Autodesk's BIM 360/ACC. A B2 level of English is required, with C1 being desirable.
