Main Responsibilities Development of building and renovation projects (from concept phase to execution). Preparation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for permits and licenses. Site management and coordination with engineers, site managers, and contractors. End-to-end project management, ensuring deadlines and quality standards. Application of urban planning and building regulations. Requirements Degree in Architecture and registration with the COA Málaga (mandatory for signing projects). Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in building or rehabilitation projects. Proficiency in design and modeling software: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, or similar. Up-to-date knowledge of Spanish urban planning regulations. Valuable: experience in energy efficiency and sustainability.
