Job Description In our agency specialized in road freight logistics and transportation, we are looking for a Traffic Agent with previous experience in the sector and a high level of French to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising transportation operations, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service for our clients. Responsibilities ⦁ Daily planning of routes and loads. ⦁ Coordination with internal and external carriers. ⦁ Management of incidents during transportation. ⦁ Fluent communication with customers and suppliers, especially in French. ⦁ Delivery tracking and document control. ⦁ Optimization of resources and transportation times. Requirements ⦁ Proven experience in traffic, logistics, or transportation roles. ⦁ High level of French (essential) for daily communication. ⦁ Good knowledge of computer tools and transportation management systems. ⦁ Ability to work in a dynamic environment. ⦁ Organizational and problem-solving skills.
