From Talentis Selección, we are seeking a **LOGISTICS TRAFFIC TECHNICIAN** to join a renowned horticultural company in El Ejido (Almería). The selected candidate will join the Logistics department to ensure efficient and effective planning of goods transportation, both for sales and supply. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Main responsibilities include: \- Coordinate and manage transportation and storage processes to guarantee timely and efficient product delivery. \- Plan transport routes, assigning internal or outsourced resources, and ensuring correct delivery of goods to customers. \- Supervise the use and availability of vehicles and carriers, complying with established procedures. \- Monitor daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring deadlines are met and each stage is properly executed. \- Maintain constant communication with suppliers, carriers, and customers, promptly resolving any unforeseen issues. Monitor shipment progress. \- Keep accurate records of all logistics operations, including transport documentation and performance reports. \- Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers and ensure high quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Education in logistics or related fields, along with knowledge of department operations. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic management and delivery route planning. \- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and negotiation techniques. \- Experience in load/truck planning and coordination, finding trucks for loads, tracking pickups and deliveries. \- Proficiency in office tools: Word, Excel, and knowledge of transportation software. \- Knowledge of English is desirable. \- We are looking for a proactive individual with stress tolerance and commitment, capable of teamwork, achieving common goals, and handling conflicts. **WE OFFER** \- Immediate incorporation into a leading horticultural sector company. \- Permanent contract. \- Rotating shifts. \- Salary negotiable according to experience.
