Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile professional for general facility maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and procurement management, requiring autonomy and strong communication skills. Interpersonal and communication skills, autonomy **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform facility maintenance: lock replacement, carpentry work, painting, drilling, and tiling. * At the CRR: cleaning conveyor belts, rollers, and pits, plus minor welding tasks. * Procurement of consumables * Relocation of machinery and furniture * Running various errands to other internal or external centers. **REQUIREMENTS:** EDUCATION: Formal education is not mandatory KNOWLEDGE: Vocational training in trades, welding, electricity, mechanics, and masonry is required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of experience in similar positions or in several of the required tasks. ATTITUDES: Autonomous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
