We are currently recruiting a Psychologist for our Torrelaguna Residence (Madrid) and for our supported living apartments in Guadalajara.
What will be your mission?
To support people with intellectual disabilities in caring for their emotional and psychological well-being, promoting their quality of life, autonomy, and personal development through close, personalized, and person-centered care.
How will you contribute to our project?
* Conducting psychological assessment and evaluation of service users, identifying their strengths, needs, and required supports.
* Designing, coordinating, and monitoring Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), always ensuring active participation by the individual and their family.
* Supporting each person in defining and achieving their life goals using a Person-Centered Planning approach.
* Providing guidance, support, and accompaniment to families, encouraging their participation and well-being.
* Developing programs and interventions aimed at strengthening adaptive skills, personal competencies, and emotional well-being.
* Delivering individual and group psychological interventions tailored to each person’s needs.
* Preparing psychological reports and technical documentation to ensure high-quality support.
* Coordinating actions with the interdisciplinary team and external resources to promote social inclusion, community participation, and access to meaningful opportunities.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, with specialization in Clinical Psychology.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in centers serving people with intellectual disabilities.
* Strong work capacity, demonstrated through proactivity and autonomy.
* Dynamic, responsible person with strong teamwork skills and a strong user orientation.
* Positive and constructive attitude.
* Social sensitivity and interest in social causes, especially intellectual disability.
* Work permit valid in Spain.
EXPERIENCE WITH DEMENTIA AND DISABILITY.
* Working hours: Full-time, to be arranged according to availability (Monday to Friday).
* Salary: According to collective agreement.
* Location: Afanias Torrelaguna Residence and supported living apartments in Guadalajara.
* Expected start date: Immediate.
