We are currently looking to **hire** an **Installation and Systems Project Manager** in **Madrid**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Key responsibilities and duties:** * Lead assigned installation projects across their various phases: tendering, detailed design, and construction support. * Analyze contractual requirements, specifications, and project planning, ensuring compliance. * Allocate resources among projects. * Lead internal tenders for outsourcing engineering and similar services. * Liaise with and monitor various market stakeholders in the installation sector (installation contractors, prefabricators, engineering firms, manufacturers, etc.). * Value Engineering to improve and optimize projects. * Review and supervise installation projects carried out by external engineering firms, covering all disciplines. * Perform basic engineering tasks such as: schematic diagrams and single-line diagrams, calculations, measurements, and drafting narratives (reports, specifications, technical documents, etc.). * Support the procurement department by preparing supporting documentation for tender requests. * Conduct technical comparisons to select suppliers or subcontractors; coordinate with the purchasing department. * Monitor progress during the construction phase. * Support commissioning and start-up of installations. * Attend technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and cross-departmental teams, demonstrating leadership within the scope of responsibilities. **We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Electricity/Mechanics/Electronics, Telecommunications). * Proficiency in basic engineering software (Word, Excel, AutoCAD and/or Revit, Presto, MS Project/Primavera P6\). * Familiarity with specialized calculation software (ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, HAP, CYPE, DMLEct, Tekton3D, others) is desirable. * Experience participating in installation projects for singular and/or critical buildings. * Experience participating in installation projects involving high technical complexity. * Experience participating in international projects, particularly in Anglo-Saxon and Latin American countries. * English level B2\.
