Job posting (anonymous): Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician – Electricity Specialist (Office Building, Torrejón de Ardoz) Location: Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) – Postal Code 28850 Work Mode: On-site Contract: Permanent \| Full-time (40 hours/week) Vacancies: 2 Start Date: As soon as possible Selection Process: 1 interview The Challenge We are seeking 2 multi-skilled Maintenance Technicians, specialized in electricity, to join a maintenance service at an office building with warehouse areas. We seek proactive candidates with strong technical foundations and a commitment to organized, safe, and high-quality maintenance. You will join an already operational team: 5 technicians on-site, working collaboratively with clearly defined procedures. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established plan and supervisor’s instructions. Respond to incidents, perform diagnostics, and implement technically sound solutions, prioritizing operational continuity. Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient, clean, and properly completed interventions. Use and maintain tools, materials, and equipment, keeping your workstation orderly and clean. Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) and correctly use personal protective equipment (EPI). Record basic activity (work reports, delivery notes, or other work documents). Participate in internal training sessions when required. Mandatory Requirements \+5 years of experience in comprehensive installation maintenance. Solid and practical knowledge of electricity. 20-hour PRL course specific to trades (HVAC/plumbing and/or electricity). Highly Desirable Installer or maintenance technician license/certification (RITE and/or REBT). Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing. Additional training, certifications, or licenses related to maintenance. Shifts and Working Hours Monday to Friday (rotating shifts): Morning shift: 07:00–15:00 Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 Operational Benefits Free shuttle bus service, operating from 06:00 to 23:00 (uninterrupted), connecting Soto de Henares Cercanías station to the building.
