We are looking for a **Senior Generative AI Engineer** to join our team in Madrid in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will participate in the design, development, and implementation of solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, working with cloud technologies and contributing to the evolution of engineering and deployment best practices. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in impactful regional and global projects. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop software and Artificial Intelligence solutions adhering to quality, maintainability, and scalability standards * Implement applications based on generative models using Azure and AWS cloud services * Develop RAG architectures to enhance information retrieval and generation * Integrate foundational models via Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Bedrock * Manage Azure DevOps repositories applying branching strategies, Pull Requests, and code reviews * Implement development best practices, deployment automation, and continuous integration **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing software and Artificial Intelligence solutions * Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Artificial Intelligence services * Minimum 3 years of experience implementing development best practices, repository management, code review, and deployment automation * Minimum 2 years of experience administering Azure DevOps repositories with Python code * Over 1 year of experience in developing and integrating Generative AI solutions * Practical knowledge of RAG architectures * Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Bedrock * Proficiency in Python for AI solution development * Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith **Nice to have** * Experience with Microsoft Fabric * Knowledge of MLOps and AI application observability * Experience with CI/CD deployments on Azure DevOps * Microsoft Azure or AI certifications * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines **We offer** * • Permanent contract with competitive salary• Flexible work arrangements and remote work options• Personalized career path and continuous training• Participation in stable, highly technical projects• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
