Multi-Agent AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a **Multi-Agent AI Solutions Architect** to join our team in Madrid in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining the global architecture of intelligent agent-based platforms, ensuring technical consistency, scalability, and integration with the corporate technology ecosystem. They will collaborate cross-functionally with business, architecture, risk, and technology teams. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Define the global solution architecture and establish the platform’s technical principles * Design development patterns and make strategic, hard-to-reverse architectural decisions * Lead the definition of the domain model, master data, and integration standards * Design and implement multi-agent orchestration architectures using LangGraph and related frameworks * Establish agent autonomy boundaries and human oversight mechanisms * Coordinate integration with corporate applications, data platforms, and legacy systems **Requirements** * Minimum 8+ years of solid experience in enterprise solution architecture * Advanced knowledge of LangGraph or equivalent multi-agent orchestration platforms * Proven experience designing RAG systems and generative AI-based applications * Experience in domain modeling, data governance, and master data management * Knowledge of integration with corporate applications, APIs, messaging systems, and legacy systems * Experience with MLOps practices, observability, and AI platform operations * Knowledge of cloud architectures, enterprise security, and scalability patterns * Ability to engage effectively with architecture, risk, and business units * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline **Nice to have** * Experience in regulated environments within banking or financial services * Familiarity with additional agent frameworks and generative AI ecosystems * Relevant cloud certifications * Experience in AI governance, traceability, and compliance controls * Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices **We offer** * • Permanent contract with competitive salary• Flexible working mode and possibility of remote work• Personalized career plan and continuous training• Participation in stable, highly technical projects• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
