




Position Summary: We are seeking a procurement administrator to manage documentation, update supplier databases, resolve incidents, and provide customer service in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document management and customer service in procurement. 2. Incident resolution and report preparation. 3. Collaboration with the procurement department. We are looking for a procurement administrator for an industrial-sector company located in Cabanillas del Campo. A high level of English proficiency is required. Responsibilities include managing documentation related to delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices; updating the supplier database by requesting quotations; resolving incidents related to invoices, deliveries, and goods; providing customer service; and preparing procurement reports. We offer job stability, working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8:00–13:00 and 14:30–15:30, and Friday: 8:00–14:00, with summer intensive hours. The salary is €10.69 gross per hour, approximately €1,800 gross per month. * Advanced knowledge of SAP / POWER BI * Advanced Excel skills * High level of English * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
