This professional works cross-functionally with business, product, operations, and technology teams, participating both in identifying opportunities and in building and deploying solutions into production. This is a highly hands-on role, offering space to technically lead initiatives and shape the future of data in the mobility industry. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models to solve real business problems. * Build end-to-end analytical solutions: from exploratory analysis and problem definition to production deployment and monitoring. * Develop models and algorithms for use cases such as: + Revenue and demand forecasting. + Churn prediction. + User segmentation. + Operational and commercial anomaly detection. + Process and operational optimization. * Design and analyze experiments and validation tests with statistical rigor. * Apply *causal inference* techniques to measure impact and support decision-making. * Collaborate closely with business teams to translate complex problems into actionable solutions. * Identify new opportunities for applying AI and Data Science within the company. * Drive the practical adoption of generative AI and LLM capabilities in products and internal processes. * Communicate results and recommendations clearly to both technical and business audiences. **Requirements** **Experience** * Solid experience as a Data Scientist working in production environments. * Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining models in production. * Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. * Prior experience in mobility, retail, marketplaces, telecom, energy, or digital environments with large-scale data is a plus. **Technical Competencies** **Mandatory** * Advanced proficiency in: + Python + SQL + Supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning. + Applied statistics. * Experience in: + Forecasting and time series. + Experimentation and A/B testing. + Optimization techniques. * Ability to develop end-to-end solutions and take models to production. * Experience working with large volumes of data. * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (policies). **Desirable** * Experience with AWS, SageMaker, or similar cloud environments. * Experience with MLflow or other MLOps tools. * Practical knowledge and usage of LLMs and generative AI-based solutions. * Experience in data visualization and BI tools. **What We Look For** * Business-impact-oriented mindset. * High autonomy and ability to learn quickly. * Ownership over projects and ability to lead initiatives from start to finish. * Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate results clearly. * Pragmatic profile: focus on useful and actionable solutions. * Ability to drive adoption and change management within business teams. * Technical curiosity and motivation to explore new methodologies and technologies. **Languages** * Professional English. * Fluent Spanish.
