Focus on luxury residential and hospitality projects We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Construction** **Project Manager** to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on **luxury residential and hospitality projects.** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while consistently meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with prior experience in technical site roles (e.g., production manager or site manager) who wish to transition into an **end-to-end project management role.** The position is based in **Málaga** and is **100% on-site, Monday to Friday.** * Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, design, execution, and delivery. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution. * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. * Conduct risk analyses and define mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry-specific requirements. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and project documentation.
