This role combines front-desk duties with administrative support, ensuring a professional and well-organized office environment. ? Key Responsibilities Welcoming and接待 visitors, clients, and candidates **Telephone switchboard management:** call screening and call forwarding Meeting room organization, reservation, and preparation (including catering and technical support) Coordination of building services (maintenance, cleaning, courier services) Mail, parcel, and shipping management Support in general administrative tasks (filing, documentation, office supply orders) Organization of hospitality services (transportation, reservations, etc.) Compliance with security protocols and access control ✅ Requirements Advanced English proficiency (fluent spoken English required) Previous experience in reception, customer-facing roles, or administrative functions Multitasking profile with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proactive attitude and client orientation What We Look For An organized, solution-oriented individual with attention to detail Service orientation and professional demeanor Ability to follow defined processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
