Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and adaptation projects for Data Centers, managing the full project lifecycle, budget and schedule control, and team coordination. We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, active across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently looking for a **Project Manager** to join our operations team in Madrid and lead construction and adaptation projects for **Data Centers**. ##### **Your responsibilities will include:** * **End-to-end project lifecycle management:** Planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil works, installations, and technological equipment projects for Data Centers. * **Budget and schedule control:** Oversight of budgets (CAPEX), costs, project margins, and adherence to scheduled milestones. * **Team and subcontractor coordination:** Leading technical teams, external engineering firms, and on-site suppliers. * **Client liaison:** Serving as the primary point of contact for national and international clients, ensuring excellence in delivery. * **Risk management:** Identifying technical or schedule deviations and implementing effective contingency plans in mission-critical environments. ##### **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years as a Project Manager, preferably in technology infrastructure, singular building projects, or **Data Centers** (civil works, precision HVAC, critical electrical systems, UPS). * **Education:** Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Electrical) or Technical Architecture. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. * **Languages:** **Fluent English (B2–C1)**, with proven ability to conduct technical and commercial meetings and draft reports. * **Residence:** Madrid or surrounding areas, with availability for periodic site visits. **We offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career planning. * Compressed workweek every Friday year-round and during summer (July/August).
