About the department
The intern will join the global **Real Estate \& Facility Management Procurement** team, an area responsible for supporting strategic real estate management, general services and associated procurement across multiple countries.
During the internship, the intern will learn how strategic data, contracts, suppliers and international procurement processes are managed, participating in projects aimed at improving information quality, market analysis, innovation and digital transformation.
The experience will help understand how analytical tools, automation and artificial intelligence contribute to optimizing decision-making in a multinational context.
Training plan and activities
Under the supervision of the company mentor, the intern will have the opportunity to:
* Learn how to organize and maintain information sources related to real estate, contracts, suppliers, assets and services, understanding the importance of reliable data to support planning and procurement processes.
* Collaborate in collecting, organizing and analyzing information on international markets, acquiring knowledge about leasing conditions, Facility Management services, supplier capabilities and sector trends across different countries.
* Participate in supplier selection processes, becoming familiar with preparing templates, gathering information, developing comparative matrices and performing basic analyses to support the team’s evaluation of alternatives.
* Learn about document tracking processes related to contracts and suppliers, collaborating in reviewing information concerning renewal dates, service scope, documentation and international coverage.
* Explore practical applications of artificial intelligence and automation to improve tasks related to data cleansing, market research, comparative supplier analysis, document summarization and internal knowledge organization.
* Develop competencies in preparing executive presentations, reports and supporting materials that facilitate communication of results, category reviews and tracking of strategic initiatives.
* Participate in international projects enabling understanding of coordination among global procurement, operations and corporate services teams.
