Job Summary: BIM Drafter position for preparing and coordinating drawings in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and installation projects, with support in construction engineering. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of drawings for basic, construction, and tender projects. 2. Coordination with technical departments for drawing design. 3. Support in the construction engineering department. BIM Drafter position requiring a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Responsibilities include preparing drawings for basic, construction, and tender projects in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and installations. Coordination with technical departments for drawing design is also required; software such as AutoCAD, Civil, and Revit is used for measurements and design; and follow-up on reviews throughout project development. Additionally, support is provided to the construction engineering department in preparing inspection checklists, progress control documents, and as-built drawings. Required qualifications: Higher vocational education degree in drafting; minimum three years of experience; native Spanish speaker; intermediate English proficiency; and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil, and Revit. Submission of a disability certificate of 33% or higher is mandatory. Permanent full-time contract offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30, and Friday, 9:00–15:00. Gross monthly salary: €1,506.595. Position location: Madrid.
