Work Mode: Hybrid in Madrid Languages: Fluent Spanish, Intermediate English is a plus. ### **Responsibilities** * **Design and Modeling:** Develop and configure solutions (process flows, rules, interfaces) using PEGA methodology and tools. * **Business Analysis:** Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs. * **Implementation:** Translate requirements into effective configurations within the PEGA platform. * **Support and Improvement:** Validate implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements based on PEGA best practices. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable PEGA experience (design, development, or consulting). * Solid experience in **requirements gathering** and business process analysis. * Knowledge of business rules, workflows, and case types in PEGA. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and technical teams. ### **Benefits** Why ALOVIA?
