This area drives improvements in products, processes, and materials from a multidisciplinary perspective, closely collaborating with quality, production, and regulatory affairs teams to maintain industrial and regulatory excellence. **Training Objectives** * Apply technical knowledge in pharmacy, chemistry, and engineering within industrial innovation settings. * Understand the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, from development through manufacturing. * Analyze data using statistical tools to improve processes. * Collaborate on continuous improvement and operational sustainability projects. * Acquire competencies in regulation, quality, and industrial safety, aligned with the CITIUS Program curriculum. **Mentoring and Follow-up** The intern will be guided by a specialized tutor from the technical department, who will jointly define learning objectives with the intern. Periodic follow-up will occur via individual tutoring sessions, including formative evaluations and continuous feedback to support professional and personal development. **Candidate Profile** * Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Engineering. * Valued competencies: analytical and synthetic ability, critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork. * Languages: Minimum English level B2. * Tools: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and statistical analysis software. * Interest in technology, digitalization, and Industry 4.0.
