Responsibilities Vilaplana, a high-end catering company, is currently seeking a Financial Controller to join our Madrid team. We are experts in international reference event catering, offering customized services for a wide range of celebrations. What will your responsibilities be? * Prepare financial and management accounting reports. * Analyze potential budget variances. * Maintain collaboration with other involved departments to monitor expenses and design corrective actions. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting statements. * Improve processes to maximize operational profitability. Requirements What does the position require? * Analytical profile * Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or related field. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. * Prior experience in the sector is valued.
