If you’re a freelancer, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and love everything running as smoothly as a perfectly executed saxophone solo… we want to work with you. **What Will Be Your Mission?** ------------------------- Ensure our venues remain in perfect aesthetic and operational condition. You will be responsible for: * **Quick Repairs:** basic plumbing, electrical work (light fixture replacements, socket changes), carpentry, painting. * ️ **Preventive Maintenance:** furniture inspections, door adjustments, facility system checks. * **Attention to Detail:** immaculate lighting and décor at all times. * **Incident Management:** prompt response to technical alerts from venues. * **Minor interventions on hospitality equipment** (valued). **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ * A professional registered as a **freelancer**, capable of issuing invoices. * Experience in maintenance of commercial or hospitality venues. * A solution-oriented and organized profile. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. * Mobility to travel between our venues. * A positive attitude and commitment to brand image. **What Do We Offer?** ------------------- * Stable collaboration as an external supplier. * Continuous workload. * Flexible working hours (preferably mornings). * Priority-based scheduling. * Collaboration with a dynamic and professional team. * Agreed payment terms: + Monthly hourly package, or + Per-intervention rate (as agreed). **Conditions** --------------- * Registration as a freelancer is mandatory. * You must possess your own tools. * Availability for priority interventions when required. * Monthly invoice submission reflecting services rendered.
