We are recruiting for an important client engaged in civil engineering and construction projects worldwide, seeking a Technical Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and supervision of projects, managing internal teams and external suppliers, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. Desired Skills and Knowledge: - Engineering degree, preferably in Civil Engineering (Highways, etc.). - Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management. - Experience in international environments. - Solid knowledge of planning and budgetary control. - Advanced English; French is a plus. - Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (Africa as a recurring destination). - Strong communication, leadership, and results-oriented skills
