Ready to build what's next? #### **Department/Area Description** SferaOne's EV\-Grids Engineering Department is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of electric charging infrastructure. Its objective is to ensure smart, efficient, and sustainable networks that drive electric mobility. #### **Your day-to-day in the team** **What will be your mission?** Lead the engineering and network team, monitoring, supervising, and reporting on the drafting of technical projects and their status. Additionally, you will supervise coordination, analysis, and reporting on connection points with utility companies. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and coordinate the human team and technical resources of the Engineering and Networks Department, promoting excellence and collaborative work. * Supervise the drafting and status of technical projects—primarily electrical, with mechanical, civil, and telecommunications components—ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Analyze and report on the status of connection points with utility companies, ensuring technical and regulatory feasibility. * Review and optimize technical and economic designs, resolving queries and ensuring the best solution for each project. * Control work planning, prioritizing tasks and optimizing execution timelines and management with utility companies. * Manage and optimize project budgets, always seeking maximum efficiency and profitability. * Promote the implementation of new technologies and technical disciplines, driving innovation and continuous improvement. * Design and implement control and management processes that improve department performance and organization. * Coordinate and manage technical service providers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance. * Approve technical projects and documentation, ensuring rigor and regulatory compliance. * Monitor the department’s economic performance, conducting budget tracking and efficiency analysis. * Collaborate with other departments within the area and report to management, ensuring smooth communication and a global business perspective. #### **What do we expect from you?** **We would like you to be able to:** Coordinate and grow the current team, driving its development with a 360-degree vision of electrical engineering and other disciplines such as civil or mechanical engineering. **Required Qualifications:** Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, or similar. **Experience:** Ideally around 10 years of experience in engineering teams, with proven leadership and management skills. **Required Technologies / Specific Knowledge:** * Electrical installations in Low and Medium Voltage. Associated calculations * Steel and concrete structures, foundations.
