As part of our positioning as a leading company in the Defense sector, we are seeking a Systems Engineer for Tactical Simulation to work in Madrid under a hybrid model. What will you do? * Assume technical responsibility for vehicle tactical simulator development programs. * Define and maintain simulation system architectures, ensuring coherence and scalability. * Design, integrate, and validate simulation models for complex environments. * Lead validation, verification, and testing activities for tactical simulators. * Provide technical coordination for engineering and simulation teams. * Prepare and review technical reports and project documentation. * Participate in planning and monitoring of simulation projects within the Defense and Security sector. What are we looking for in you? ✅ Education * Engineering degree (preferably in technical fields related to systems, simulation, or defense). ✅ Experience * Extensive experience in systems engineering applied to simulation. * Demonstrable experience with vehicle tactical simulators. * Experience in technical coordination of teams and technical project management. ✅ Essential Technical Knowledge * Advanced programming in C / C\+\+ (over 10 years of experience). * Simulation architectures and complex systems. * Validation, verification, and testing of simulators. ✅ Desirable Functional Knowledge * Defense and Security environments. * Advanced dynamic models of wheeled vehicles. * Intermediate-level dynamic models of tracked vehicles. ✅ Key Competencies * Technical leadership and architectural vision. * Analytical capability and ability to solve complex problems. * Team coordination and effective technical communication. * Quality orientation, technical rigor, and results-driven mindset. ✅ Languages * High-level English (professional proficiency).
