A responsible, flexible team with high adaptability to our clients’ and the market’s needs—while delivering value, vision, creativity, expertise, professionalism, and passion for technology in every project. **What will you do?** * Design and evolve technical solutions focused on scalability, resilience, and automation. * Participate in architectural decisions and definition of technological standards. * Develop backend components using Java or Golang. * Manage and automate infrastructure on Kubernetes in production environments. * Design solutions based on *microservices* architectures and modern engineering principles. * Collaborate with development teams to simplify deployment and operational processes. * Resolve complex incidents and contribute to continuous platform improvement. * Promote best practices in observability, automation, and system reliability. **We are looking for** Solid backend development experience with **Java or Golang** Experience with **software architecture**, design patterns, **SOLID**, and **DDD** Experience in **microservices-based** environments Advanced **Kubernetes** proficiency: cluster management, operators, CRDs, and Helm Experience automating deployments and operations in production environments **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model** .
