Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in ICT project management, information security, and development of PKI and electronic document solutions in high-security environments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in ICT project management and information security 2. Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments 3. Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+) ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Information Security Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years in project management and information services management, as well as knowledge of systems engineering and software engineering standards and regulations. Minimum of 15 years in ICT solutions. Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager for development projects. Minimum of 5 years in Development Methodologies (METRICAS v3, SCRUM, etc.) and risk analysis and management. Minimum of 2 years in PKI solution management. Minimum of 2 years in developing electronic document issuance solutions. At least 3\-5 years of experience working on projects related to PKI, network security, or public key infrastructure administration. Experience working in high-security environments, such as financial institutions, government agencies, or large technology corporations. Familiarity with system administration tools in Linux and Windows Server environments. English language proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written) (certification is not required). Possession or ability to obtain NATO HPS Secret security clearance or equivalent. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) CompTIA Security\+ Specific cryptography and PKI certifications (e.g., from OpenSSL or similar).
