Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to manage Data & Analytics projects—from identifying business needs to implementation—including data manipulation and dashboard creation. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of Data & Analytics projects 2. Manipulation and structuring of large volumes of data 3. Creation of advanced dashboards with Power BI and KPI optimization We require a candidate for a Data Analyst position based in Madrid. Core responsibilities include end-to-end management of Data \& Analytics projects—from identifying business needs through to implementation. This includes researching and discovering new information sources for analysis and integration. The primary task will be manipulating, cleansing, and structuring large volumes of data—ensuring data quality and preparing it for comprehensive analysis. The ability to examine such data and derive relevant insights that support strategic business decisions is highly valued. Additionally, advanced control dashboards will be created and updated using Power BI—designing business dashboards, metrics, and KPIs—and continuously optimizing them. The selected candidate is expected to communicate findings and conclusions to the manager or data steward. Furthermore, they will manage and resolve data-related incidents arising in other departments across the company, ensuring agile and accurate information exchange. Temporary contract, full-time. University degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. Prior experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience with Machine Learning models. Proficiency in DAX, SQL, Python/R. Advanced English proficiency. Disability certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) is desirable.
