Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome together, thanks to the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write jointly. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking **1 new teammate**, with at least **2 years of experience as a Process Consultant**, to join our team and lead continuous improvement projects. **Key requirements:** * **Solid experience in process analysis and optimization** (process elicitation, modeling, redesign, and implementation of improvements) within technology or service-oriented environments. * Knowledge of **Case Management, BPM, RPA, IDP, and Artificial Intelligence** technologies. * **Definition and monitoring of KPIs**, and development of executive dashboards. * Ability to **facilitate process elicitation workshops** and energize cross-disciplinary working sessions. **Additional key requirements:** * Experience in the **insurance sector**. * Experience designing **dashboards** for senior management and process governance models. * Certifications in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.) — not mandatory. **Personal skills:** * Excellent **communication** and **assertiveness**. * **Leadership** and autonomy to coordinate teams and stakeholders. * **Teamwork** and collaborative mindset. * **Proactivity** and results orientation. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
