We are currently recruiting for a **Level 2 Voice Network Technician**, to join our on-site team in Madrid; therefore, candidates preferably located in this area are encouraged to apply. **What We Offer:** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Work flexibility to support personal and professional work-life balance. * Flexible compensation and benefits supporting your mental and emotional well-being. * Continuous training in key procedures and technologies. * A collaborative and innovative work environment within a leading IT solutions company. * Employment modality: On-site (Madrid). **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** Level 2 Voice Network Technician: * Technical Engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, Master’s degree (or equivalent), or higher. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Telecommunications sector. * English: A1 level or equivalent, or English: A2 level or higher. * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in VoIP, ToIP, and traditional telephony networks. * Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Level 2 Voice Network Technician for a CGT-equivalent system (or as a Level 2 Voice Network Technician for a private voice communications network of a large organization interconnecting more than 100 offices). * Completed courses and official certifications related to the following topics, obtained within the last 48 months (courses with minimum duration of 40 hours): OXO, MITEL, VoIP/ToIP, ENS, and CCN STIC. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, do not hesitate — apply now... we’re waiting for you!!** Our commitment is to foster workplaces where individuals are treated with respect and dignity, always promoting the professional development of all employees.
