IT Systems and Support Technician On-site IT Systems and Support Technician (Pinar de Chamartín) At Okdiario, a leading digital newspaper, we are seeking an IT Systems and Support Technician to join our technology team in an on-site capacity. You will work in a real production environment, providing end-user support and participating in systems and cloud services administration. What will you do on a daily basis? **Technical support (L1/L2\) to users:** incident resolution, configuration of Mac and Windows devices, and printer management. User and service administration in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365\. IT asset management (hardware and licenses) using MDM tools and spreadsheets. **Infrastructure support:** Linux systems, network monitoring, VPN, and basic services. Technical incident diagnosis (access, logs, connectivity) prior to escalation. What are we looking for? Higher vocational training in ASIR or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in technical support or systems administration. Proficiency in macOS and Windows administration. Basic knowledge of Linux. Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Applivery). CMS user management (WordPress at administrative level). Basic networking knowledge (IP, VPN, ports, connectivity). What do we offer? Permanent contract. **Work modality:** 100% on-site in Pinar de Chamartín (Madrid). **Working hours:** fixed afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
