DESCRIPTION At SG Tech, we are seeking an AI-Native Full Stack / Developer Experience Engineer responsible for designing and delivering next-generation developer experiences for the global BaaS platform. The position is responsible for developer portals, SDKs, sandbox environments, and AI-powered documentation and support agents. A mid–senior profile with solid front-end and API Developer Experience expertise is required. AI experience is valued but not mandatory. REQUIREMENTS **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **Developer Portals and Frontend** * Build and maintain API portals using Apigee Developer Portal, React, Next.js, and TypeScript. * Implement developer-oriented features: multi-language SDK generation, semantic API discovery, usage analytics, and monetization support (metering mechanisms). * Develop frontend tools for SLA tracking, developer telemetry, and API flow visualization. ### **Sandbox, Testing and Documentation** * Manage sandbox and testing environments (Postman collections, contract testing) for external partners and internal teams. * Automate documentation and changelog generation using LLM-assisted tools; own documentation versioning and validation. ### **Conversational Support and Developer Tools** * Provide conversational developer support (ChatOps) via ChatGPT Enterprise–backed agents integrated into the portal and Slack. * Collaborate with the Platform team (Global BaaS) on API Gateway integrations and with Backend Leads on sample applications and domain use cases. ### **DevEx Operations** * Maintain CI/CD pipelines for DevEx services and ensure observability (Prometheus, Datadog). AI-related responsibilities are optional and can be acquired during onboarding. **Core Tech Stack** ------------------- **Frontend:** React, Next.js, TypeScript **Backend:** Node.js (NestJS/Express), Python (FastAPI) **API Management & Portal:** Apigee Developer Portal **Testing & Sandbox:** Postman, Pact, JMeter, K6 **Observability:** Prometheus, ELK, Datadog **CI/CD & IaC:** GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform **AI Tools:** ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI/Azure AI for documentation automation **Security:** OAuth 2.1, OIDC, mTLS where applicable AI-native components (semantic search, LLM agents, automation) are desirable but not mandatory. **AI-Native and DX Practices** ----------------------------- * Use LLM-based generation for documentation, changelogs, SDKs, and sample code, with validation and review gates. * Provide semantic search (vector DB) in the portal for API discovery. * Offer a conversational assistant with governed LLMOps practices and audit logging. AI competencies can be acquired during onboarding. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. * Experience with Apigee Developer Portal and SDK generation for APIs. * Familiarity with OpenAPI 3.1, contract testing, and sandbox environment management. * Experience integrating LLM-powered documentation tools and ChatOps assistants. Front-end and API DevEx strength takes precedence over AI experience. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with semantic search, vector stores, and conversational capabilities for developer support. * Familiarity with Camunda or Apache Camel for tooling workflow orchestration. * Proficiency in English and Spanish (assessed).
