Job Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Business Central ERP Developer to implement and develop the BC ERP system, providing technical advice and support to clients and functional consultants. Professional development plan. **Marqués**, an established IT consulting firm specializing in ERP technologies and currently undergoing rapid growth, is looking to fill the position of **MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL ERP DEVELOPER**. Your role will be that of a technical consultant, responsible for implementing and developing the BC ERP system using AL (similar to .NET or C\#). **What will your responsibilities be?** -------------------------------- * Provide programming, analysis, and advisory services to functional consultants and end clients to ensure their applications are well aligned with organizational needs. * Execute assigned tasks with quality, alignment, and satisfaction—both for the client and their supervisors—within scheduled timelines and with maximum efficiency. * Report any positive or negative incidents or opportunities identified during project execution, always acting to ensure project success. * Collaborate with the marketing department when required to produce documentation, provide product guidance, conduct demonstrations, perform project scoping and planning, participate in webinars or presentations. **What do we require from you?** --------------------------------- * Degree in Computer Science or related field. * Experience in Business Central programming (AL, .NET, C\#); knowledge of additional languages and technologies is highly valued. * Desirable knowledge of: PowerApps, Power BI, JetReports. * Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in team management and strong communication skills. **What do we offer?** ------------------- * Permanent position with an indefinite contract. * Opportunity to join a highly qualified team within a growing company offering excellent internal promotion prospects. * Job stability—Marqués has over 30 years of experience in the sector. * Professional development plan. * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. * Competitive salary based on profile. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (July and August: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM). * Possibility of flexible working hours
