Join a global team committed to innovation and transforming the buildings of the future. **What will your role be?** -------------------------- We are seeking an **Operations Manager \- BMS** to lead the execution of our Building Management Systems (BMS) project portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, business profitability, and team development. You will be responsible for directing the execution strategy of the area, leading a multidisciplinary team comprising Project Managers, BMS Engineers, Commissioning Technicians, and Field Technicians. You will be accountable for ensuring project delivery meets the organization's established standards for quality, timelines, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
