Job Summary: Leads and manages projects and construction works for Alcampo, ensuring high standards of quality and sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Works with passion for retail, food, and people If selected, your mission will be to lead and manage projects and construction works, guaranteeing compliance with the highest quality standards as well as the objectives defined by Alcampo. Your main responsibilities will include: * Estimating project requirements. * Developing preliminary and final project designs. * Contracting companies involved in the project. * Supervising construction works and their management. * Overseeing the work of contracted professionals and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards. * Conducting PAC valuations. * Providing timely responses and seeking agile solutions to ensure achievement of objectives. * Ensuring that sustainability objectives set by Auchan Retail are met during project execution. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: * Degree in Engineering (Civil, Roads, Industrial, etc.). * 3–5 years of professional experience. * Technical knowledge of regulations related to electricity, HVAC, and industrial refrigeration. * Intermediate-level proficiency in AUTOCAD. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English and/or French. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Availability to travel outside the office for 3 days per week. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday: 9:00–18:00; Friday until 15:00, with flexible start and end times. * 1 remote working day (Tuesday to Thursday)...
