Responsibilities A growing multinational services company seeks to hire a Financial Controller for its Madrid offices. The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Conducting budgetary control and monthly/annual reporting * Preparing financial and management accounting * Analyzing potential budget variances * Maintaining relationships with other involved departments to control expenses and design corrective actions * Ensuring accuracy of financial and accounting statements * Improving processes to maximize operational profitability Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or related fields * Minimum two years' experience as a Controller * Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Business is desirable * Advanced Excel proficiency * Strong negotiation and teamwork skills Offer Full-time position Salary commensurate with candidate qualifications Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30; Friday, 9:00–14:00 Option for one day of remote work per week Free lunch service Monday to Thursday Ongoing training Intensive working schedule during August
