Job Summary: We are looking for a Full-Stack engineer with a frontend-first mindset and expert-level proficiency in React + TypeScript, capable of building end-to-end solutions with Node.js and an AI-native mindset, focused on software quality and autonomous product development. The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** * A **Full\-Stack profile with a frontend\-first focus**, with expert-level proficiency in React \+ TypeScript and experience in modern architectures such as microfrontends. * Ability to build **end\-to\-end solutions with Node.js**, working under an API\-First approach and within event\-driven environments. * An **AI\-native mindset**, critically and productively using AI tools (Copilot, agents, etc.), including experience in Spec\-Driven Development. * Strong focus on **software quality**, with experience in testing, CI/CD, and sound engineering practices. * Ability to **autonomously build products from start to finish**, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Interest in the broader technology ecosystem and participation in **Open Source** is a plus. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Advanced Frontend Development:** Building modern interfaces with React and TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and consistency by leveraging the Design System. * **Microfrontend Architecture:** Participating in distributed architectures, developing and consuming federated modules across multi\-team environments. * **Backend Development (Node.js):** Designing and implementing backend services to close the end\-to\-end cycle without external dependencies. * **API Design and Consumption:** Working under an API\-First approach—defining OpenAPI contracts and closely collaborating with backend and frontend teams from early stages. * **Event\-Driven Systems:** Implementing event-based and asynchronous messaging solutions to integrate systems in real time. * **AI\-Assisted Development:** Using AI tools such as Copilot in development, defining agent-powered workflows, and critically validating generated code. * **Spec\-Driven Development:** Creating and evolving technical specifications that guide both manual and AI-driven automation. * **Quality Assurance:** Implementing comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and integrating quality controls into CI/CD pipelines. * **End\-to\-End Product Development:** Designing, building, validating, and evolving digital products autonomously—with a focus on tangible impact. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Working alongside product, design, and technology teams to transform requirements into functional solutions. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Additional full\-stack development with **Java (Spring)** or **Python (FastAPI)**. * Experience beyond Node.js in complex backend environments. * Advanced knowledge of modern, scalable architectures. * Experience with advanced AI tools and workflows applied to software development. * Active participation in tech communities or Open Source projects. * Experience in agile development environments. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
