We are currently seeking a **Site Manager** with a solid professional background to join our team in Madrid. This position is critical for executing a large-scale hotel project, scheduled to last 12 to 18 months. We seek a professional with comprehensive site oversight capabilities, able to lead and coordinate all project phases while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Oversee and comprehensively manage the execution of the hotel construction project, from inception to completion. * Coordinate and direct on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Plan, schedule, and control material, human, and financial resources required for the project. * Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all site areas. * Monitor material and workmanship quality, ensuring conformity with project technical specifications and Eosol Group standards. * Develop and supervise the construction schedule, identifying and managing potential deviations and risks. * Manage technical project documentation, including drawings, permits, certifications, and daily work reports. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with project management, clients, and other stakeholders. * Proactively and efficiently resolve incidents and issues arising during construction. * Ensure cost optimization and project profitability. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * **Minimum Experience:** A minimum of **20 years’ demonstrable experience** as a Site Manager. * **Large-Scale Project Experience:** Proven experience managing and executing **large-scale projects**, preferably in the residential sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in construction techniques, building regulations, occupational health and safety management, and quality control. * **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams. * **Results Orientation:** Strong focus on achieving objectives, with emphasis on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. * **Problem-Solving Ability:** Skill in identifying, analyzing, and effectively resolving incidents. * **Communication Competencies:** Excellent oral and written communication skills. * **Residence:** Residence in the province of **Cádiz**, or willingness to be hired as local personnel, is highly valued. **What We Offer:** ------------------- * The opportunity to lead an iconic, large-scale project in the hotel construction sector. * The chance to join an established and growing company strongly committed to sustainability and innovation. * A dynamic and professional work environment. * A fixed-term contract aligned with the project duration (12 to 18 months). * Competitive salary, negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
