Description
We are seeking engineers who wish to develop their careers in the **Mechanical Area within the Design Engineering Department.**
**Key responsibilities and duties will include:**
* Design of mechanical and structural components for armored vehicles (welded chassis, hatches, doors, mounting brackets and racks for equipment installation and onboard kits) using CAD CREO Parametric.
* Preparation of technical design documentation for welded, machined, and painted components and assemblies—including both 3D models and 2D drawings—specifying dimensional and geometric tolerances, surface finishes, roughness, etc., using CAD CREO Parametric.
* Requirements analysis, tracking, and compliance justification; preparation of product specifications; interpretation of drawings and technical documentation.
* Development of test plans, participation in tests, and preparation of test reports.
* Support to the production line during assembly, welding, machining, painting, and installation processes.
* Technical management of suppliers and support to Procurement.
* Preparation of technical proposals.
* Coordination with other engineering teams to ensure product traceability and configuration control, using PLM tool PDM Windchill.
* Support for manufacturing and assembly issues occurring at the factory, and resolution of associated problems following RCCA methodology.
