This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with technical education who wishes to gain practical experience in the construction field, working side-by-side with site managers and other experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong learning ability, and demonstrate a firm commitment to safety and quality on site. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the Site Manager and technical team with daily site tasks. * Collaborate in planning and organizing upcoming work activities. * Conduct on-site measurements, setting-out, and inspections. * Support supervision of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ work. * Participate in quality control of materials and work execution. * Assist in site documentation management (daily logs, delivery notes, etc.). * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Attend site meetings and prepare simple progress reports. * Collaborate in resolving incidents and issues arising during project execution. * Perform other operational and technical support tasks assigned by supervisors. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently completing or recently graduated from university or higher vocational training programs in Technical Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or related disciplines.
