High-impact project with growth potential in a technology scale-up Program Lead – Operational Deployment (PLANNAM) At PLANNAM, we are looking for a candidate capable of leading one of the most relevant operational deployments currently underway in industrial settings in Spain. The role will be dedicated exclusively to the Fertiberia project, ensuring end\-to\-end implementation of the system across factories and offices, acting as the single point of coordination among Operations, HR, IT, and plant teams. We are not seeking a traditional administrative Project Manager. We seek a candidate with an operational mindset, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and absolute focus on real-world execution. Key Responsibilities Multi-site deployment coordination * Direct engagement with 7 factories in Spain and Portugal * Ongoing coordination with HR, IT, and Operations * Milestone tracking and incident resolution Operational model consolidation * Process validation across plants * Consolidation of operational inputs * Ensuring organizational coherence Functional integration and evolution * Functional coordination of integrations * Validation of processes and data * Support during testing and production rollout Operational reporting and visibility * Definition and monitoring of KPIs * Coordination with corporate and factory teams * Ensuring actionable reporting for decision-making Training and adoption * End-user training * Monitoring real-world system usage * Identifying and resolving adoption gaps Candidate Profile * Experience implementing complex systems or operational projects * Experience in Shift Scheduling Planning * Knowledge of payroll concepts * Ability to engage effectively across functions * Problem-solving and autonomous profile * Comfort working in both factory and corporate environments * Practical, impact-oriented mindset Preferred experience includes: * Industrial environments, * Workforce management, * Operations, * HR, * Multi-site implementations.
